Fee Policy Guidelines

Commitment to Excellence

  1. As a private institution, we maintain high standards of educational excellence. The fee structure and policies are designed to support the infrastructure and implementation of our educational programs.

Fee Revisions

  1. The school reserves the right to revise or amend the fee schedule once every year.

Fee Receipts and Documentation

  1. Parents are advised to retain the receipt/booklet carefully and present it whenever required for payments. For online payments, acknowledgment and reference numbers will be maintained for reconciliation.

Refund Policy

  1. Once admitted, the student will not be entitled to a refund of fees except for caution money, irrespective of the admission date, if the parent decides to withdraw the child.

Fee Payment Facility

  1. The school fee counter remains open on all working days, including during long breaks.

Communication of Amendments

  1. Any amendments or changes to the fee policies will be posted on the school portal regularly.

Late Fee and Consequences

  1. A late fee of ₹100 per day will be charged if fees are not paid on time. A grace period of 30 days after the due date will be allowed with the late fine. If fees remain unpaid after this period, the child’s name will be removed from the nominal rolls, and admission will be automatically canceled.

  2. If a late fee fine is applicable and not paid with the fee, it will be treated as arrears and added to the dues.

Transport Fee Policy

  1. If the bus fee is not paid on time, bus service will be withdrawn. Parents are required to provide a one-month notice if they wish to discontinue the bus service. Failure to provide such notice will result in the charge of one quarter’s bus fee.

Payment Clarifications and Refunds

  1. In case of doubt regarding fee payment, parents are advised to pay the dues first and request a refund later, if applicable.

  2. Refunds will be handled directly between the school and parents.

Correspondence and Responsibility

  1. All correspondence related to fee payments should be done directly with the school.

  2. Parents/guardians will be solely responsible for any consequences arising from non-payment of fees on time.

  3. Non-compliance with payment procedures may result in the student’s enrollment being affected and forfeiture of the caution money.

  4. If correct payment procedures are not followed, the student’s name may appear on the defaulters list, for which the parent will be held responsible.

Miscellaneous

  1. A duplicate fee booklet can be issued upon payment of ₹1,000.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes, differences, claims, or demands regarding fees will be resolved through arbitration, as per the nominee of the Pro Vice Chairperson of the school.
  • The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
  • Arbitration proceedings will take place on school premises.
  • The courts in Alwar shall have jurisdiction over any matters related to the arbitration proceedings.
