FEE RULES

1. As a private school we maintain high standards of educational excellence. The fee structure and policies of the school are designed to support this infrastructure and implementation of the educational programme

2. The school reserves the right to revise/amend the fee schedule once every year.

3. Parents are requested to keep the receipt/booklet very carefully and produce it whenever needed to make the payment. Online acknowledgment and reference numbers will be kept for reconciliation

4. Once admitted, the student will not be entitled to refund of fee deposited except caution money, irrespective of when the child was admitted, in case of the parent wishing to withdraw him/her

5. Fee counter of school remains open on all working days and during long breaks also

6. Any amendment or changes are posted on the school portal regularly.

7. In case fee is not paid as specified, a late fee fine of Rs. 100/- per day will be charged. A maximum of 30 days period after due date will be given with late fine and if fee is not paid in this time, the child’s name will be removed from nominal rolls and admission will be cancelled automatically.

8 In case late fee fine, if applicable, is not paid with fee it will be shown as arrears and will be charged.

9. In case bus fee is not paid on time, bus service will be withdrawn. One month notice has to be given in case child intends to discontinue bus service. One quarter fee will be charged if one month notice is not given.

10. In case of doubt regarding the payment of dues, parents are advised to make the payment first and ask for refund later.

11. In case of any refund by the school, parents will deal directly with the school

12. All correspondence in respect of fee should be done directly with the school,

13. Parents/guardians shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising due to the non-payment of the school fee on time.

14. Non-compliance to payment procedures can affect the student’s enrollment in the school and forfeiture of caution money.

15. If the parent does not follow the above procedure, in the absence of correct information, the student’s name may appear in defaulters list and the parent is responsible for the same.

16. Duplicate fee booklet can be issued on a payment of Rs. 1000 only.

17. All disputes, differences and all claims or demands arising between the school and parents/student in connection with the fee and or/interpretation hereof will be decided by the sole arbitration of the nominee of the Pro Vice Chairperson of the school. The decision of the arbitration shall be final and binding between the parties. The arbitration proceedings shall be held in school premises. Only the court at Alwar, shall have jurisdiction over any matter in connection with arbitration proceedings.
